Forlì, September 4, 2025 – Ferretti Group kicks off boat show season by presenting six world premieres at the Cannes Yachting Festival 2025 from September 9 to 14, in the picturesque setting of the French Riviera, by presenting a fleet of 25 extraordinary boats on the Croisette, led by six world premieres representing the Ferretti Yachts, Itama, and Riva brands.

The yachts making their international debut are Ferretti Yachts 800, Itama 54, Riva Aquariva Special, Riva Cento, Riva 58’ Capri and Riva 112’ Dolcevita Super, joined by the new models unveiled in Venice: Ferretti Yachts 940 and Pershing GTX70, the last model presented this year in occasion of Pershing’s 40th anniversary. As for Ferretti Group's sailing boat, Wally will be present with wallywind110 in the dedicated area in Port Canto.

As always, during the show Ferretti Group will be accompanied by an exclusive selection of Italian and international luxury partners and brands including Range Rover, one of the world’s leading British names in the modern luxury industry, which shares a natural affinity with Ferretti Group’s nautical universe, a symbol of elegance, style and innovation in the world of yachting.

Among the other partners is Flexjet, leader in the private aviation, followed by Frette, Venini, Lanerossi and Zimmer+Rohde, while RODA and Nodoitalia are providing their refined outdoor furniture. Italian partners include Dolce & Gabbana, the designer of the Group’s tailor-made staff uniforms, and Lavazza with the brand’s new intense creations, while La Scolca and Ruinart are offering their selections of fine wines and champagnes. The line-up is completed by Yacht Club di Monaco, Bang&Olufsen, Atelier Rebul, Cassigoli, Limentani, and Seabob.

These are the models to be presented at the show:

FERRETTI YACHTS 800
Ferretti Yachts 800 is the new model that completes the range renewal process begun in 2018. Developed by Ferretti Yachts’ Cattolica shipyard, the project is the result of collaboration between the Product Strategy Committee led by Piero Ferrari and the Ferretti Group Engineering Department. The yacht has a length overall of 24.47 m (80 ft 3 in) – a version with a shorter stern platform is also available to comply with the 24-metre limit established by French law – and a maximum beam of 5.91 m (19 ft 5 in). The result of a stylistic evolution process involving architect Filippo Salvetti for the exteriors and the Ideaeitalia team for the interior design, Ferretti Yachts 800 offers the owner peerless comfort and a superior on-board lifestyle for a boat of this size, thanks to optimised spaces and meticulous layout planning. The most innovative features include large windows for uninterrupted views of the surroundings from the interiors and an optional sliding door on the starboard side of the salon; perfectly separated spaces to ensure total privacy; and optimisation of the exterior surfaces and particularly the flybridge (a full 40 ), further enriching the on-board experience.

RIVA 58’ CAPRI
Exterior Design: Officina Italiana Design
Interior Design: Officina Italiana Design
Shipyard: Riva (Sarnico, Italy)
The Riva 58’ Capri, a new-generation sport open yacht, is an evolution of the 56’ Rivale platform, drawing inspiration from the successful style and design of the 68’ Diable. This first model in a new family of sport open yachts is designed as a contemporary take on the unmistakably sporty and elegant DNA of Riva’s open range. The exterior styling, sleek but more sculpted, has been reworked with a more contemporary design that expresses a modern aesthetic without sacrificing the brand’s distinctive formal and functional simplicity. The interior design concept is based on maximum comfort and practicality, including when under way, while retaining the model’s sporty, dynamic spirit. Riva 58’ Capri has three cabins: two doubles for guests and one for the crew. The stern garage can also be customised to accommodate a Williams 325 tender or, alternatively, a Williams 285 TurboJet plus a Seabob. RIVA 112’ DOLCEVITA SUPER

Exterior Design: Officina Italiana Design
Interior Design: Officina Italiana Design
Shipyard: Riva (La Spezia, Italy)
The new 112’ Dolcevita Super has the sleek and assertive profile featured on all the latest yachts in Riva's flybridge range. The model has redesigned spaces, increased dimensions and numerous innovative solutions to ensure that guests enjoy maximum functionality, extraordinary liveability and ever closer contact with the water. The outstanding features of the new superyacht include the generous outdoor areas. In the stern (59 m²), the two large bulwarks on either side of the 35-square-metre beach club swing out to form side terraces, increasing the size of this area. In the centre, behind the extra-large sun sofa, a ventilated space has been created for the safe storage of two Seabobs. The decor of the 60-square-metre flybridge has been redesigned for maximum comfort, with a large living area aft containing freestanding furniture, a cocktail bar with stools, and a concealed TV facing a large centrally positioned sofa. The interior spaces too have been radically restyled to offer the ultimate in comfort. The main lounge can have one of two different layouts—in the first the dining area is aft and the lounge midships, while the second more traditional version places the lounge and sofas in the entry area and the dining area in the centre. The larger windows in the master suite translate into even more natural light, while the double walk-in wardrobe increases space and functionality.

FERRETTI YACHTS 940

The best way to describe the new Ferretti Yachts 940 is as a magnificent “home on the water”. The ultimate expression of the Just Like Home style featured across the entire range, this yacht transforms every cruise into a fantastic journey and always makes the owner feel ‘at home’. Designed to welcome guests in a convivial atmosphere, the generous spaces are combined with solutions that elevate freedom and comfort to new levels. The sophisticated design of each setting and the care lavished on the stylistic details give the settings a particularly welcoming and functional feel—the ideal combination for moments of both fun and relaxation. With a length overall of 28.97 metres (95 ft 1 in) and a maximum beam of 6.76 metres (22 ft 2 in), this first widebody yacht in the range features a five-cabin layout – with the master cabin positioned on the main deck and four guest cabins – outstandingly versatile exterior spaces, and an incredible view out over the water through floor-to-ceiling glazed surfaces. Ferretti Yachts 940 is the result of collaboration between the Strategic Product Committee chaired by Piero Ferrari and the Ferretti Group Engineering Department. The exterior styling is by Filippo Salvetti, and the interiors are by design firm Ideaeitalia.

PERSHING GTX70
Pershing GTX70 is the most compact model in the Sport Utility Yachts range, combining a “grand turismo” spirit and remarkable liveability with the agility and dynamism offered by a smaller boat. The third model in the range is the result of collaboration between the Ferretti Group Strategic Product Committee led by Piero Ferrari, Vallicelli Design and the Group's Engineering Department. Pershing GTX70 is the result of careful research to maximise the interior and exterior spaces, which are respectively 10% and 30% larger than the areas available on other models in the same category. The novelty introduced by the GTX range is the arrangement of the stern area on the main deck, which extends across two levels: the first hosts the beach area, which can be extended to offer up to 23 m² of space by opening the side terraces, while the second is dedicated to a cockpit shaded entirely by the sportfly. A folding door and an up-down glass panel that retracts into the galley cabinet unit connect the outdoor area to the main deck, creating a continuous open space hosting not only the galley but also the living area and helm station. Despite the more compact dimensions compared to previous models, the sundeck on Pershing GTX70 is generous with space and extends across 16 square metres, split into three areas for sunbathing, dining and the helm station. The lower deck contains three cabins with three en suite bathrooms.
