The Ferretti Group will be showcasing its luxury creations at the 2017 Montenapoleone Yacht Club

11 мая 2017 г.

Six Group brands will once again dominate the spotlight at this Milan event, thanks to exclusive collaborations with famous names in fashion, accessories and watch making.

As finely crafted as the most sought after accessories, as beautifully tailored as the most exclusive clothing, as unique and cutting-edge as the greatest watches: the affinities between Ferretti Group yachts and the world of high-end luxury continue to grow more frequent and exciting. It is therefore only natural for the Group to once again participate, this time with six of its brands, in MonteNapoleone Yacht Club 2017, the event that will be enlivening the heart of Milan's boutique fashion district from 15 to 21 May, showcasing this successful partnership between the worlds of yachting and fashion/luxury.

The new and marvellous offerings from Riva, CRN, Ferretti Yachts, Pershing, Itama and Custom Line will capture the attention of international visitors to the capital of Italian luxury. Each brand will be paired with an illustrious name in fashion, accessories, or watch making. The prestigious partnerships are: Riva and Dolce&Gabbana, Ferretti Yachts and Piaget, Pershing and Ermenegildo Zegna, Itama and Italia Independent, Custom Line and Etro, CRN and Sutor Mantellassi.

MonteNapoleone Yacht Club 2017, organised by the Associazione MonteNapoleone and sponsored by the City of Milan, is now on its third edition. It owes much of its success to its original concept, which sees the most renowned boutiques in the fashion district transformed into custom-designed sets in keeping with the styles of the most famous international shipyards.

For a week, accurate miniature models of the most beautiful vessels in the Ferretti Group’s fleet, along with images and installations tailor-made for the occasion, will fill the windows and interiors of the boutiques alongside our partner companies’ products, exploring new ways of blending modes of expression and seizing the attention of the public. Among the many dates to mark on your calendar is Tuesday, 16 May, when all Via Monte Napoleone will be transformed into a Marina, with its boutiques playing host to glittering evening cocktail parties, open strictly by invitation.

Ferretti Yachts
Once again, in 2017, Ferretti Yachts reaffirms its partnership with Piaget. The historic brand of flybridge yachts, offering a fleet ranging from 14 to 29 metres (45-96 feet), will team up with the Swiss maker of luxury watches and jewellery. The spirits of both are characterised by reliability and attention to detail, which ensure that they continue to strengthen and win the loyalty of customers who appreciate exclusivity and excellence.

Pershing
The super-sporty nature of Pershing, the benchmark brand in the production of high performance coupes from 14 to 43 metres (54-140 feet), joins forces this year with Ermenegildo Zegna, historic Italian luxury apparel and tailoring house. The search for excellence and an innovative spirit are key elements of the design philosophy that gives these two brands such similar DNA, leading to the creation of unique products made with sophisticated materials and details.

Itama
The Mediterranean soul of Itama, the Italian shipyard that produces open yachts from 14 to 24 metres (45-75 feet), known worldwide for the unmistakable style of their hulls, is mirrored once again this year in the dynamic lifestyle and creative spirit of Italia Independent, the eyewear brand established in 2007 by Lapo Elkann. From the time it was created, its goal has been to create products that express a classic style, yet introduce concepts which are new and revolutionary at the same time. The Milanese boutique is ready, exactly like an Itama open yacht, to accommodate the desire for beauty that inspires all those who share a passion for the sea.

Riva
The timeless style and elegance of Riva, a nautical legend with 175 years of history and a fleet ranging from 8 to over 90 metres, are perfectly matched with the genuine and unconventional luxury of Dolce&Gabbana. The union between these two icons of “Made in Italy” style has grown strong over the years, founded on a shared identity and a vision that combines a pronounced tendency towards innovation with attention to the alluring vibrancy of tradition.

CRN
The shipyard specialising in the construction of fully customisable steel and aluminium pleasure craft ranging from 40 to 100 metres is teaming up with Sutor Mantellassi, the Florentine brand founded in 1912 that boasts a high level of craftsmanship, appreciated over the years by famous personalities. Gabriele D’Annunzio, Henry Fonda and Marcello Mastroianni were only some of the many, and it was while wearing a pair of Sutor Mantellassi shoes that the latter left his footprints on Hollywood Boulevard's Walk of Fame. Both brands have in common a strong heritage and a tailored approach, from the craftsmen who create personalised footwear for their customers, letting them choose the materials, colours and models, to the experts in the CRN shipyard who have the ability to translate the wishes of yacht owners into nautical masterpieces.

Custom Line
Custom Line, the brand that has won worldwide renown thanks to its fleet of maxi yachts with planing or semi-displacing hulls ranging from 28 to 42 metres, renews its partnership with Etro, the fashion house founded in 1968. Etro is New Tradition, a combination of artisan craftsmanship and creative experimentation. Material, workmanship and a special talent for the use of prints make Etro unique and one-of-a-kind. These are the same values that inspire Custom Line models, distinctive for their completely personalised furnishings and fittings, all tailor-made to suit their owners’ desires.
