The 49th Barcelona International Boat Show, the largest Spanish boat show and one of the most important appointments for the international boating industry, came to a close yesterday.
Ferretti Yachts, historical Ferretti Group brand, which designs and builds flybridge motoryachts measuring 15 to 27 metres, took part this year too, through its exclusive dealer, Ventura Spain. Ferretti Yachts displayed two of the jewels in its fleet: Ferretti 800, new to the Barcelona boat show and premired in September in Cannes; and Ferretti 830, one of the bestsellers of the Ferretti Yachts range. Clients had the opportunity both to visit the two yachts and test them at sea, experiencing Ferretti Yachts Excellence firsthand.
Alessandro Tirelli, Ferretti Yachts Brand Manager, commented, We are very proud to take part in this event once again, an important showcase for the entire Mediterranean basin. Indeed, Europe and Spain continue to maintain a privileged position in the sale of luxury yachts and the Barcelona Boat Show provides us with further opportunity for international meetings and exchanges, stimulated by Ferretti Yachts ability to best respond to the requirements of an increasingly more demanding clientele. Moreover, Tirelli continued this area confirms itself as a reference point for Ferretti Yachts as itcontinues to be a privileged destination for our international clients. This is true not only for the Spanish, but also the Germans, British and Russians, who choose it for the climate, beautiful sea and excellent quality of the infrastructures, as well as the network of service points providing top quality assistance and capillarity guaranteed by the Ferretti Group.
With Ferretti 800, Ferretti Yachts newest yacht, presented in September in Cannes and displayed for the first time in Barcelona for the Spanish market, the shipyard continues to renew its range, combining an original style with exploration and re-examination within the sphere of planning and design. The resulting yacht is characterised by generous interior spaces, a layout characteristic of larger yachts and a winning external line enhance with the use of colour for the dome. The large glazed surfaces are a characterising element of the external design of the yacht, guaranteeing exceptional internal lighting.
Ferretti 830 is one of the bestsellers in the range of larger Ferretti Yachts models: her racy exterior profile is characterised by large panoramic windows in the hull: these open-view windows in the master cabin guarantee excellent light and a unique, privileged view of the sea from anywhere inside the cabin. She was designed in full respect of the Ferretti Yachts philosophy, namely a love of the sea and research of aesthetic details, combined perfectly with cutting-edge technology through sophisticated on-board devices.
Both yachts, as indeed all those in the Ferretti Yachts range, are the result of the working relationship between Architect Gianni Zuccon from Studio Zuccon International Project together with the AYT Advanced Yacht Technology, the Ferretti Groups naval research and design centre, and the team of architects and designers at Centro Stile Ferrettigroup.
