Arte on board at the Festival de la Plaisance in Cannes

Forlì, September 2nd, 2010 – The yachting world will be inaugurating the new nautical year during the upcoming Festival de la Plaisance in Cannes, to be held from 8th to 13th September.
Ferretti Custom Line, a Ferretti Group brand operating in the production of fibreglass maxiyachts measuring 26 to 37 metres, is presenting a world première, “Navetta 26 Crescendo”, in Cannes, synthesis of the highest culture of Italian-made style. Ferretti Custom Line will host a personal exhibition of emerging artist Gaspare Gisone for this important occasion.
The “Arte On Board” exhibition has been planned for the 8th September at 2.30p.m. in the Ferretti Custom Line yacht display area, the Jetée Albert Eduard Sud - Estensione Super Yachts. The works of Gaspare Gisone will be presented to the press and Custom Line clients, underlining how attention to style is a priority for those who choose a Ferretti Custom Line yacht.
As always, the Ferretti Group, with the Custom Line brand, stands out for its elegance and innovation in the prestigious setting of the Cannes Boat Show, during the presentation of the most important innovations in the yachting sector. The works of Gaspare Gisone, born in 1975, have already been sold at the most important modern and contemporary art auctions in the world, ranging from Sotheby’s to Christie’s, and the exhibition is an opportunity to bring together two worlds which constantly search for each other.
