FERRETTI GROUP PRESENTS IN CANNES THE FERRETTI BRAND’S NEW ARCHITECTURE. THE BRAND NOW INCLUDES THREE PRODUCT LINES: FERRETTI YACHTS, FERRETTI CUSTOM LINE AND FERRETTI NAVETTA.

2013年9月10日

Cannes, 10th September 2013 – On the occasion of its annual meeting, held at the opening of the 36th Festival de la Plaisance in Cannes, Ferretti Group is delighted to announce a crucial change in the architecture of its historical brand Ferretti: a new structure that encompasses and expresses at best the strategic and creative vision of Ferretti Yachts, a brand founded in 1968, leader in the construction of flybridge fibreglass yachts, and Ferretti Custom Line, established in 1996 to create fully-customisable flybridge maxi-yachts capable of embodying every owner’s unique style.
Ferretti's new “shape” aims to strengthen the brand’s product offer within the Group and, from now on, will also include the Custom Line brand and a new line, that has stemmed from a range of very successful yachts. The new brand architecture will meet the needs of the brand’s ever-evolving international customers, paving the way for future developments and expressing at best the great commitment of the brand and of the entire Group in turning their owners’ dream into reality.
As a result of this important change, the Ferretti brand now includes three different product lines, each characterized by its own unique identity, but all sharing great passion, timeless style, and a constant search for technical and functional perfection:
- Ferretti Yachts: flybridge fibreglass motor yachts featuring an open upper deck and two pilot stations (one indoor, one outdoor) and ranging between 53 and 96 feet (16-29 metres) in length. These yachts stand out for a classical-contemporary style combining traditional design (which ensures continuity with the brand’s lines that have developed and strengthened over the years) and state-of-the-art, functional design solutions. The Ferretti Yachts range currently includes 9 models: Ferretti Yachts 530, Ferretti Yachts 570, Ferretti Yachts 620, Ferretti Yachts 690 - available in two different layouts -, Ferretti Yachts 750 - with three possible configurations -, Ferretti Yachts 800 - in two different versions -, Ferretti Yachts Altura 840, Ferretti Yachts 870 - also available in two versions -, and Ferretti Yachts 960. Different models in the medium-long range offer different configurations to meet the needs of all customers, particularly those from extra-European markets.
- Ferretti Custom Line: planing hull, fibreglass maxi-yachts ranging between 97 and 124 feet (30 and 38 metres) in length. This line’s most distinctive feature is its being tailor-made, i.e. all non-structural, decorative elements - such as wood, marble, furniture and furnishings - can be fully customized, also including ad-hoc design solutions: each model is therefore unique and reflects the taste and personality of its owner. Planing hulls ensure outstanding performances and are ideal for all those searching for a sporty design and fast cruising speeds.
The Ferretti Custom Line range currently includes 3 models: Ferretti Custom Line 97’, Ferretti Custom Line 100’ and Ferretti Custom Line 124’.
- Ferretti Navetta: semi-displacement hull maxi-yachts, conceived for those owners who prefer a "slow motion” style, to enjoy cruising peacefully and noiselessly in the utmost comfort. This line’s models feature more classical lines than Ferretti Custom Line yachts. Quality, craftsmanship, sophisticated elegance, and balance are these crafts' core values. This line too offers customers the opportunity to buy a tailor-made yacht: every non-structural detail on Navetta yachts - such as furniture, fabrics and décor - can indeed be modified to the owner's taste and needs. The Ferretti Navetta range currently includes 2 models: Ferretti Navetta 26 Crescendo and Ferretti Navetta 33 Crescendo.
“We are extremely proud to announce, on the occasion of the Cannes 2013 Boat Show, this important evolution in the Group’s brand structure. Our objective is to improve and further expand our range of Made-in-Italy high-performing luxury yachts, thereby meeting even more effectively the needs of our customers in all the markets where we are currently present in and on the new ones where we want to make the most successful debut.” - commented the Group's CEO Ferruccio Rossi during the Ferretti Group Meeting 2013. "This new development will allow us to achieve even better technical and functional excellence, to ensure our ever-increasing product range and will allow us the opportunity to obtain a flawless visual identity with these three different product lines through with a single, historical and universally recognized brand like Ferretti. This project is in line with our Group’s long-term objectives and aims to keep creating within our owners all those unique emotions that only the sea can give.”
