Ferretti Yachts 720: comfort and space at the core of a new on-board experience.

jeudi 19 février 2026

One of the leading models in the flybridge range is turning heads again in a completely redesigned version. New features and an innovative layout showcase interiors in which natural light takes centre stage.

Ravenna, February 19, 2026 – The new version of Ferretti Yachts 720, unveiled in a world premiere at the recent boot Düsseldorf, offers a cruising experience focused on the “Just Like Home” concept.

With a length overall of 22.5 m (73 ft 10 in) and a maximum beam of 5.60 m (18 ft 4 in), the new yacht is the result of collaboration between the Product Strategy Committee – chaired by Piero Ferrari – and the Ferretti Group Engineering Department.

Design solutions and distinctive details from the previous generation confirm the brand’s evolutionary journey, driven by collaboration with architect Filippo Salvetti for the exteriors and IdeaeItalia for the interiors, giving shape to spacious, light-filled and functional settings.

The new features include an even sharper focus on on-board comfort, on optimised spaces that close the gap with larger models, on a significant increase in the number of storage compartments, and on a series of technical upgrades to improve performance, efficiency and safety at sea.

From an exterior design perspective, Ferretti Yachts 720 features a redefined profile, with a new take on the gunwale and more extensive glazing in both the lounge and the master cabin, which highlights the connection between interiors and exteriors as well as delivering more light to the interior spaces. The new hard top is designed to increase the shaded spaces available.

The IdeaeItalia team also worked tirelessly to evolve the volumes and spatial connections, strengthening the visual relationship with the exteriors and the perception of the interiors, which are designed for use in a convivial and informal way.
The materials chosen instil a sense of welcome and elegance, achieving a refined balance among the selected colour shades.

MAIN DECK

Starting from the transom on the main deck, the first feature encountered is a sea-facing fold-out sofa (available as an option). From here, two staircases lead to the large cockpit, where the outdoor dining area offers a peerless al fresco experience.
Access to the salon is through a glass door with three panels: a hinged panel on the left that can also be opened when under way, plus two sliding panels on the right.
This arrangement makes it possible to obtain a single space that extends into the cockpit, creating an excellent sense of connection between interiors and exteriors.

When they enter the salon, owners and guests are welcomed by two large facing sofas, upholstered in fine Zimmer + Rohde fabrics and with built-in storage compartments inspired by larger boats, which add even more comfort to the living area. The setting can be complemented by adding a Bonaldo coffee table. Behind the sofa on the right is space for a concealed TV, representing a discreet and refined way to offer entertainment.

The two interior decor moods available are Classic, which taps into earthy colour tones, and Contemporary, featuring glowing woods and fabrics in fresh hues inspired by the colours of the sea. In perfect Made in Italy style, both are designed to offer owners an elegant, inviting and well-balanced ambiance.

In the boat’s central section, on the port side, the dining area accommodates up to eight guests around an elegant table, while a storage unit opposite combines practicality and style for convivial moments in absolute comfort.

Continuing along the main deck, the most important new feature is clear separation between dining/living area and galley/wheelhouse, made possible by the introduction of a sliding glass door and, as an additional option, an electrically operated hi-lo glass panel for access to the galley. The result is a semi-enclosed environment that delivers greater privacy and on-board comfort.

The galley, by Ernestomeda, has an exit onto the port side walkway, designed to allow crew to move around easily without having to cross the main living areas.

The standout new features in the wheelhouse are the windscreen with no central pillar, providing superb visibility and now a brand hallmark, and up to four 16-inch displays on the instrument panel. The setting is completed by the new Poltrona Frau pilot chairs and the glazing features infrared (IR) protective films that reduce solar radiation and translate into more efficient air conditioning. Finally, the wheelhouse electronics have been upgraded for increased responsiveness.

In the bow, a complete living area with a deep sofa, a sun pad and an optional teak table provides the ideal space for the owner and guests to spend relaxing al fresco moments.

LOWER DECK

The lower deck contains four comfortable cabins: master and VIP cabins, both with en-suite bathrooms, plus two twin cabins, of which the one on the port side can be fitted with sliding beds on request.

The master cabin contains a vanity unit with a pared-down design on the port side, while opposite, a comfortable sofa is positioned next to the walk-in wardrobe. The latter, located behind the wall hosting the bed and separated from the other areas by a sliding door, is next to the private bathroom, and taken together these spaces provide separation from the engine room, ensuring a high level of silence. There is also the option of installing a TV unit with mirrored smoked-glass surfaces. The significantly larger storage spaces ensure the perfect balance between functionality and elegance.

The VIP cabin has an en-suite bathroom, while the two twin cabins share the day head, which can be entered from the starboard guest cabin as well as from the hallway (also fitted with storage compartments).
The double crew cabin, with a private bathroom and a laundry station, is entered directly from the cockpit and offers direct access to the engine room, combining functionality and practicality with a view to optimising operational management on board.

UPPER DECK

The flybridge – which covers an impressive 41 m² and is accessed via a convenient staircase from the starboard side of the cockpit – also features optimised spaces.

The dining area occupies the central space on the port side, featuring a large sofa arranged around an extending table with a teak top and stainless steel legs. Behind the dining area, a practical wet bar can be equipped with a grill, an ice maker and a fridge.

On the starboard side, the helm station features a Poltrona Frau pilot chair, with the option to add a second. Completing the space is a new storage unit built into the support structure for the pilot chairs, created specifically to increase storage capacity in this area too.

In the bow area on the flybridge, a large sunpad extends across the entire beam, while the stern terrace can be furnished with freestanding pieces, creating a versatile and welcoming setting.
The flybridge is shaded by a two-tone hard top, available with tilting louvres (featured on the first unit) or a fixed glass cover, for guaranteed protection in all lighting conditions.
