Amalfi, June 17, 2026 – With views over one of the world’s most beautiful locations, set against the deep blue Mediterranean Sea and the dramatic cliffs of the Amalfi Coast, the new Riva Lounge has opened at Borgo Santandrea, the exclusive five-star hotel in Amalfi.
A splendid emblem of Italian hospitality, Borgo Santandrea overlooks the sea from a spectacular vantage point, combining sophisticated aesthetics of 1960s Italian design with the excellence of local craftsmanship. The new Riva Lounge welcomes guests into a sophisticated setting where fine materials, curated details and exclusive atmospheres evoke the distinctive beauty of Riva yachts. Polished mahogany, chrome-plated steel, aquamarine colourways and furnishings inspired by the brand’s unmistakable style work in perfect harmony with the Mediterranean splendour of Borgo Santandrea, creating an exclusive setting for drinks at sunset, social gatherings and evenings spent soaking in the view.
Rounding out the experience, guests have the chance to embark on magnificent private cruises aboard a Riva Cento, the special limited-edition open yacht, available for unforgettable excursions along the Amalfi Coast to discover picturesque coves, or for magical aperitifs at sunset out to sea. The official opening of the new Riva Lounge was celebrated as part of “Midsummer Dream”, the exclusive event organised by Ferretti Group for its owners, which transformed Borgo Santandrea for two days into the stage for a unique experience celebrating the beauty of the Italian summer and Italian yachting. “Midsummer Dream” began with cocktails in the new Riva Lounge and continued with a dinner featuring live entertainment, provided the backdrop for the presentation of Riva 54Metri, the largest Riva ever built. The new all-aluminium flagship was presented with a spectacular drone show that lit up the Gulf of Amalfi, made even more special by a fleet of boats representing the various Ferretti Group brands.
