China Awards the excellence of Ferretti Yachts

vendredi 18 janvier 2008

Shanghai, January 2008 - Ferretti Yachts has once again played a starring role in this year's prestigious "Best Of The Best Award", presented by the "Hurun Report" magazine. The prize is awarded on the basis of the results of interviews with 660 Chinese businessmen, who are invited to nominate the best product from a select range of luxury companies from all over the world. The survey was carried out between May and November 2007, reflecting the opinions of entrepreneurs and operators in this market, which currently has the largest growth rate among the worlds economies.

During the ceremony, the "Hurun Report" magazine awarded Ferretti Yachts with the "Best Luxury Cruising Yacht Award 2008", recognising for the second year running the yard's leading position in China.

This success confirms Ferretti Yachts' intense commitment in the Asiatic region. "The Chinese market" - says Marco Segato, Vice President Sales Ferretti Yachts, Mochi Craft and Custom Line - "is an opportunity to bring the Italian-style excellence of our motor yachts to the local nautical scene. The increasing prosperity of the Chinese people, driven by the exponential growth of its economy, has encouraged the birth and spread of the yacht culture linked to Made in Italy luxury, where our craft have always played an iconic role. More and more people now appreciate both the value of a Ferretti yacht and its essence: the excellence embodied by every product, process and every aspect of pre and post sales service to create the best motor yachts in the world. This prestigious award confirms our leadership in China and inspires us with even more energy to continue our expansion in what is for us an increasingly strategic market".

Over 400 guests attended the gala evening, including representatives from Ferretti Yachts and Ferretti Group Asia Pacific, as well as the two Ferretti Yachts dealers in China, Keyforce and Kingsway Marine, there to celebrate this great acknowledgement.
