FERRETTI YACHTS puts in customer satisfaction the same care dedicated to the quality of its yachts: the efficient post-sales customer service represents the strength of the shipyard.

Ferretti's motoryachts are dedicated to people who really lives the sea. The commitment of the shipyard is to create a product able to satisfy all requirements of the owner, who loves the sea and lives it in accordance with the "Being Ferretti" philosophy.
Success, innovation, technology and design are the values on which Ferretti Yachts has decided to establish a new objective: giving customers a 360° service. Who chooses a Ferretti yacht knows it will be offered unforgettable moments. The Ferretti Yachts commitment is to maximize the value of these moments by taking care of all those additional components that the yacht requires and could interfere with the pleasure of living the sea and one's own free time.

In order to reach this goal Ferretti Yachts arranged specific services designed exclusively for the Customers and tailor-made to the motoryachts: scheduled maintenance, service direct line and more than 100 service points.

FERRETTI YACHTS, thanks to an international network of dealers and many service points throughout the world, which means absolute leadership at international level, launches the project " scheduled maintenance" for the Ferretti 460 and 500 in the Mediterranean area.
The project consists in 3 inspections at 3, 12 and 24 months after delivery.
Moreover Ferretti Yachts delivers to the clients owners of a 460 and a 500 a Maintenance Booklet which contains information about standard maintenance procedures, advices about what to do in case of stops and also a memorandum in order to register check services.

Who chooses a Ferretti yacht enjoy the very best in terms of service, benefits and assistance thanks to more than 100 Service Points throughout the world.
All Ferretti Service Points allow to the owner to have a "friend" in every harbour for any problem he may have. A Service Point gives technical assistance but also information about the best restaurant of the zone, indications about finding a doctor or renting a car.
Ferretti Service Points represent something different from traditional technical assistance services: they are general service points with specific competences.
Ferretti Service Points provide security and comfort to all owners of a Ferretti motoryacht. They have at their disposal a spare parts warehouse with a stock of over 5000 items maintained throughout the year, including the summer.

During the summer the Ferretti Customer Care offers to its clients a phone line open every day including Saturdays, Sundays from 9:00 to 19:00 for service and information to clients and Dealers.
During Summer 2004, until 19 September, the Service Direct Line FERRETTI YACHTS has been reinforced to answer to any technical questions about the range of our motoryachts.
During the Summer the service will be open every day from 9:00 to 19:00. An assigned to the customer care will be at disposal of clients and dealers for every kind of needs.
