Split, January 2009 the Ferretti Altura 840 played a starring role in the Croatian Boat of the Year, winning the Motor Yachts over 75 feet category and confirming the crafts ever-growing success since its first accolade at the 2008 Festival International de la Plaisance in Cannes.
Now in its seventh edition, the prize, organised online nautical magazine Naucat, aims to recognise and celebrate the excellence of the largest yards. It is regarded as one of the most prestigious awards, as is given by the yards themselves, voting in categories where they are not nominated.
Altura 840 combines the philosophy of the Altura a line that has contributed to the history of modern motoryachts with the Ferretti groups technological innovations.
