The new PLATINUM CRUISE service meets their expectations, guaranteeing the availability of a specific collection of essential spare parts linked to this winning line. The purchase of the PLATINUM CRUISE services package offers the following benefits: discounts on spare parts included in the package, a delivery guarantee to the shipping agent within 48 hours of order confirmation and no delivery charges. The service offers coverage for 3 years, which can be extended for another 2 years.

The PREMIUM CARE project works in partnership with the Ferretti Yachts and Mochi Craft Service Department and Customer Care Department, offering its ship owners the best possible technical assistance and logistical services through a series of important supports such as scheduled check-ups, service points and a summer line.
The series of Scheduled Inspections provides the ship owner and crew with continuous assistance for their yacht. In fact, during the two-year guarantee period, clients can ask the shipyard to check their yacht and ensure that it is in perfect working order free of charge.
As in the past, Ferretti Yachts and Mochi Craft will also be offering owners effective support through a Summer Line, guaranteeing safe yachting and holidays in complete peace of mind. This leased line, available from 28th April to 30th September 2007, 7 days a week including holidays, will offer assistance and information following the purchase of a Ferretti motor yacht or a Mochi lobster boat.

In a view to continuously improving their assistance services, Ferretti Yachts and Mochi Craft offer an education project named Service University through their Service Points. This annual appointment was developed to train and update professionals from all over the world who work in the field of after-sales. The meeting is held at shipyards in order to transfer the concept of excellence to its partners, guaranteeing total and immediate client satisfaction.
