ANCONA, ITALY The Ferretti Group metal superyachts division’s
THE NEW new executive office building is part of a
redevelopment project in the Ancona shipyard.
It has set the benchmark in the luxury yacht
industry as the Group’s multi-brand production
hub. It is where CRN 60-95 meter metal super
HOME OF and megayachts are designed and built, along
with the entire made-to-measure 30-43 meter
Custom Line composite range and the full-
aluminum branded flagship superyachts: Riva
EXCELLENCE Superyacht Division from 50 meters, Custom
Line 50 meters and the Pershing 140. A crucial
step in the shipyard’s strategic expansion
project was the opening of the executive offices
for the Ferretti Group metal superyachts division
in December 2023. Spanning approximately
4200 square meters over multiple floors, the
new building can accommodate more than 150
members of staff. With their masterful design,
construction and finish, the stylish, sophisticated
new facilities offer owners – and all visitors –
an immersive experience that starts with the
introductory meetings and continues throughout
the pleasure vessel creation process.
