HOW DREAMS
COME TRUE
Passion, steel and aluminium:
the creation of a CRN bespoke
megayacht
CRN has always taken an owner-oriented approach, designing and
building unique steel and aluminium and all-aluminium crafts.
An in-house team of project managers, engineers, project archi-
tects, technicians and craftspeople give the client their passionate
support, transforming the creation of a yacht into an exciting pro-
cess which balances creativity, skill and technical expertise.
The journey begins with a blank page, the first step in transform-
ing the client’s vision into reality. A careful analysis of how the cli-
ent see themself experiencing their pleasure Vessell and enjoying
their time on board shapes the concepts and ideas which eventual-
ly form an initial general plan.
This phase may last anywhere from a few months to over a year,
until every element is in perfect harmony: layout, hull, bow, stern,
length, beam, draft, performance, and deck features, such as the
volume of each space and the design of the beach club, cinema,
gym, wellness area or tender bay.
The next step involves fine-tuning the stages of the design, during
which the structure, the electrics and the systems − in short, the
Craftspeople express their artistry once the hull
is built, with the structural work, fitting out, and
installation of onboard systems
