The success for Ferretti Yachts in Asia keeps growing

Mittwoch, 16. April 2008

Shanghai, April 2008 - The recent annual "Christofle Asia Boating Awards" saw the Ferretti 881 RPH playing a starring role, winning the BEST MOTORYACHT 70 - 100 FT category, confirming the model's growing success since its debut at the Festival International de la Plaisance at Cannes in 2007.
The "Christofle Asia Boating Awards" were held on the occasion of the China International Boatshow 2008. Now in its fourth year, the aim of the prize is to recognise and celebrate the excellence of the largest yards. It is widely regarded as one of the most prestigious prizes in the sector, as it is assigned by a jury made up of important figures from the nautical industry and editorial staff from some of the Regions most influential yachting periodicals, like Asia Pacific Boating and China Boating.

The Ferretti 881 RPH is a natural evolution of the model 881, retaining the original's excellent build quality with the addition of an upper deck equipped with a helm station overlooking the sea. The innovative interior solutions introduced on the Ferretti Yachts flagship are also embodied on this model, complemented by generous living spaces inside and outside, large open view windows looking out onto the sea that allow natural light to flood every interior and maximum comfort provided by the Mitsubishi Anti Rolling Gyro stabilising system. All these features make this yacht a true icon of Ferretti Yachts Excellence.

The award won by the Ferretti 881 RPH reflects a wider acknowledgement of the yard's commitment to consolidating the position of the Ferretti Yachts brand in Asia, an initiative backed by an extensive commercial network that aims to increase growth in this key market. The yard has, in fact, recently extended the dealership contract with Keyforce Holdings Ltd for exclusive distribution across the whole of mainland China. The sole exceptions are Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan - areas covered by the outstanding collaboration with the Kingsway Marine dealer.

The success achieved at the Christofle Asia Boating Awards confirms the position held by Ferretti Yachts as the Italian yachts luxury brand.
